Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace in Southend-on-Sea is hiring a Material Handler to move materials and components safely within a warehouse and manufacturing setting. The role supports production by delivering parts to lines on time and using hand trucks, pallet trucks, forklifts, and hoists where needed.

Working hours are 8am–4pm with an hourly rate of £12.95. The ideal candidate will have prior warehousing or manufacturing experience, a safety-conscious approach, and the ability to follow procedures and

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, stores, logistics, or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Forklift experience or licence advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to follow procedures and work effectively as part of a team.
• Reliable, safety-conscious, and motivated approach to work.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, and transport materials throughout the facility.
• Move stock using hand trucks, pallet trucks, forklifts, hoists, and other handling equipment.
• Support goods-in, goods-out, and warehouse operations.
• Supply materials to production areas to support manufacturing schedules.
• Maintain accurate stock handling and storage practices.
• Adhere to all Health & Safety, quality, and company procedures.
