KNDS UK is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to lead a production team at our Northwest Engineering Centre of Excellence. You will ensure safe, on-time delivery of finished products to quality and cost targets, while championing continuous improvement across responsibilities.

The role requires proven supervision experience in manufacturing, IOSH/NEBOSH, and strong planning skills with SAP/MRP systems. Drive for results and effective cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Competenze

• Degree / HND in Manufacturing or Engineering discipline.
• Proven Manufacturing Supervisor experience.
• Knowledge of SAP and MRP systems.
• IOSH/NEBOSH certificate.
• Driving licence required.

Mansioni

• Lead and supervise manufacturing operations team to safely ensure on-time delivery of finished products at quality and cost.
• Deliver Product to Cost and Quality requirements with schedule adherence and recovery plans.
• Deploy resources effectively and redeploy to other business units as needed.
• Manage absence per company procedures and ensure 24h RTW.
• Ensure team competence and arrange training.
• Prepare daily reporting of primary business measures.
• Maintain Quality Management Systems and Manufacturing Procedures.
• Conduct start/end shift briefs and communicate with direct workforce.
• Maintain local KPIs (SQCDP) and lead daily workplace audits.
