Job summary

Aerospheres, a Krayden company, is seeking a Logistics Supervisor to oversee day-to-day logistics, coordinate transport, and supervise staff. You will ensure safe handling, accurate documentation, and timely deliveries while liaising with sales, warehouse, and procurement.

The role requires 3–5 years in logistics, a relevant degree, and strong leadership to drive efficiency in a fast-paced aerospace materials environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management, preferably within the MRO or airfreight department within a freight forwarder.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day logistics operations, including outbound/inbound shipment process management.
• Supervise logistics staff, ensuring productivity and adherence to safety standards.
• Ensure timely delivery of orders to customers per delivery schedules (DAP, DDP, DDU and consignment).
• Coordinate and manage transportation activities with in-house and third-party providers.
• Monitor and report on the status of shipments to ensure orders are delivered efficiently.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance warehouse efficiency.
• Collaborate with Sales, Warehouse and Procurement to align logistics with company goals.
