Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field required.
• Proven background in industrial/manufacturing engineering and production improvement.
• Experience analysing complex processes, workflows and production systems.
• Experience developing precedence networks and production schedules.

Responsibilities

• Analyze production processes to identify opportunities for efficiency, flow, cost and quality improvements.
• Develop and maintain production schedules; build precedence networks; use Aurora models for schedule analysis.
• Lead lean improvements, write work instructions and drive operational enhancements.
• Support capacity planning, workload balancing and line flow analysis.
• Assist in facility layout, tooling requirements and optimization recommendations.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations and quality to resolve process issues and report data-driven results.
