Job summary

Hyde Group in Denton, Manchester, is seeking a Sales Manager to lead the sales function, identify and secure new business opportunities, and develop customer relationships to drive growth.

You will work with operations to ensure delivery, prepare quotations, and attend industry events. Experience in technical sales within aerospace or manufacturing is preferred. Qualifications

• Strong communication and social skills, both verbal and written.
• Good understanding of technical drawings and specifications.
• Good product knowledge of large CNC machining and fabrications.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and coordinate commercial quotations and proposals alongside the Business Directors and Estimators.
• Generate new business opportunities and revenue streams that align with the business capabilities.
• Manage and develop existing strategic and tactical customer accounts.
• Lead sales and business development activities, including exhibitions and industry events.
• Identify, target and acquire potential new clients through cold calling, networking and industry events.
• Liaise with operational teams to ensure successful project delivery.
