Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is seeking a Goods In Quality Inspector for a 12 month contract in the Carterton area. You will perform receipt and evaluation inspections of complex components and assemblies, ensuring conformance with inspection plans and quality systems.

You should have knowledge of aircraft operations, materials, and practices, and be familiar with MAA/FAA/EASA Part 145 specifications. The role offers £29.44 per hour Inside IR35 and ongoing development within an industry-leading Defence and

Qualifications

Experience inspection of components and assemblies per inspection plans.
Knowledge of MAA Part 145 or EASA Part 145.
Familiarity with AS9100 and First Article Inspection.
Experience in logistic or inventory management.
Experience in aviation customer-facing roles.
Proficient in MS Office.
Understanding of QMS for logistics and regulatory inventory control.

Responsibilities

Receipt and evaluation inspections of complex components and assemblies using pre-set inspection plans.
Ensure compliance with quality procedures, airworthiness control plans and QMS requirements.
Inspect finished products to ensure conformance with Part 145 specs and customer requirements.
Maintain material batch and manufacturer traceability information.
Issue Discrepancy Reports and assist in resolving customer complaints and supplier quality problems.
Document and record non-conformance process issues.
Represent the Quality Management Department in internal meetings and modification programs.
