• Curious, motivated graduates looking to learn and get hands-on.

• Willingness to work on the shop floor for six months.

Responsibilities

• Start as a Production Assembly Technician gaining hands-on experience.
• Rotate through four engineering functions to explore different disciplines.
• Solve problems and support our production teams.
• Improve processes in Manufacturing Engineering.
• Ensure quality and understand aerospace standards.
