Job summary

Resource Recruitment is recruiting an Electronics Technician in Fareham, Hampshire for a permanent role in a renowned aerospace manufacturer. The position focuses on building and testing sub-assemblies, PCB rework, and documenting test results, with opportunities for development.

The role offers 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with an hourly rate of £15.96–£16.97 and a benefits package including holiday, pension, bonuses, share options, and life/health insurance.

Qualifications

• Experience in electronics manufacturing.
• PCB rework and soldering experience.
• Ability to read drawings and specifications.
• Experience with small tooling.
• Electrical and mechanical assembly experience.

Responsibilities

• Build and test sub-assemblies.
• Perform basic rework and modifications.
• Prepare test reports and documentation.
• Conduct pass/fail test routines.
• Finish operations prior to shipment.
