Job summary

Quest Global is seeking a hybrid role focused on evaluating and assuring supplier-produced aero-engine parts for on-time delivery. You will identify bottlenecks, coordinate planning with OEMs and suppliers, and drive improvements across procurement, manufacturing and quality assurance.

Ideal candidates will have strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, ERP systems (SAP), and Lean Six Sigma methods, with willingness to travel and hold a valid driving license.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing environments (Forging/Casting/Assembly/Machining)
• Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems
• Knowledge of ISO9000/AS9000/IRIS/COC quality standards and PPAP/FAI/RCCA
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T
• Experience with Lean Six Sigma tools and problem solving
• Experience in Supply Chain/Production Planning/Quality/Operations
• Understanding of inventories, procurement, and MRP
• Experience with production readiness reviews

Responsibilities

• Support supply chain management and production planning across OEM sites and suppliers in Ireland
• Collect data from parts and processes; analyze and close engineering questions and non-conformances
• Monitor MRP, production schedules, WIP and non-conformances against delivery dates
• Identify bottlenecks, perform gap analyses, develop mitigation plans and track actions
• Build positive relationships with engineers, buyers and program management with OEMs and suppliers
• Coordinate part transition planning, execution and verification
• Document and summarize information; write reports per requirements
• Develop work instructions to implement best practices and ensure repeatability
