Quest Global is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist focused on sourcing and recruiting engineering professionals within the Aerospace and Defence sectors in the UK. Qualifications

• Proven experience recruiting engineering professionals within Aerospace, Defence, Aviation, Space or regulated sectors.
• Strong sourcing expertise identifying and engaging passive candidates for hard-to-fill roles.
• Experience recruiting across multiple engineering disciplines and systems.
• Experience recruiting candidates requiring government security clearances or within regulated environments is desirable.
• Proficient using LinkedIn Recruiter, CV databases, talent intelligence platforms, social media, networking and direct search.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through onboarding and induction.
• Identify, attract and engage engineering talent across Aerospace, Defence, Avionics, Systems, Mechanical Design, Manufacturing, Software, Safety, Certification and related disciplines.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify passive candidates in regulated aerospace environments.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines including security-cleared professionals.
• Utilize Boolean search, market mapping, competitor analysis and direct headhunting.
• Screen candidates to assess technical fit, sector experience and clearance eligibility.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand requirements and provide market insights.
• Coordinate interviews, travel, offers and onboarding activities.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS and recruiting tools.
• Deliver recruitment reports and pipeline updates to stakeholders.
• Partner with global recruitment teams and Quest Global locations.
