Job summary

Safran in Cwmbran is seeking a passionate Data Scientist to design and deploy advanced AI models that tackle complex business challenges across Safran Seats. You will collaborate with the AI Project Leader and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, define requirements, and drive data-driven solutions.

You will leverage Python and ML frameworks to build scalable algorithms, process complex datasets, and create reports/visualizations for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• Excellent programming skills in Python; knowledge of R, SQL, or other languages is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset focused on AI and machine learning.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Good project management skills, able to handle multiple projects concurrently.
• Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
