Job summary

Safran is seeking a Configuration Manager to lead the CMS, govern engineering changes, and drive standardisation across programmes. The role ensures alignment with QMS, group processes, and regulatory standards while coordinating with cross‑functional teams on configuration control.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, or related field.
• CMII Level 6 certified is preferred.
• Experience with configuration management principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead and maintain the CMS across lifecycle, ensuring governance and traceability.
• Own and optimize the engineering change control process with clear responsibilities.
• Drive standardisation of configuration and engineering change practices.
• Produce and maintain CM data and reports for lifecycle requirements.
• Embed configuration control in programme delivery and changes.
