Optima UK Inc. is seeking skilled CNC Miller Operators to join a precision engineering team in the aerospace sector. You will operate CNC milling machines to produce high-quality components in line with drawings and programs, with a focus on precision, quality, and on-time delivery.

The role offers day and night shifts, regular overtime, a profit share scheme, a company pension, and training for career progression within a growing aerospace manufacturer.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years' CNC milling experience.
• Confident operating CNC milling machinery and making offset adjustments.
• Able to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Experienced using inspection and precision measuring equipment.
• Good understanding of machining processes and tight tolerances.
• Strong attention to detail and a quality-focused approach.

Responsabilidades

• Operate CNC milling machines and load/unload components.
• Follow CNC programmes, engineering drawings and work instructions.
• Make offset adjustments where required.
• Monitor machining processes and identify issues.
• Carry out in-process and final inspections using precision measuring equipment.
• Maintain aerospace quality standards and production records.
• Meet production targets without compromising quality.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment.
