Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience as CNC Miller Operator.
• Experience operating CNC milling machinery.
• Ability to read engineering drawings.
• Experience making CNC offset adjustments.
• Experience using inspection and measuring equipment.
• Aerospace experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Operating CNC milling machines to produce precision components.
• Loading and unloading components.
• Following CNC programmes, drawings and work instructions.
• Making offset adjustments where required.
• Monitoring processes and identifying issues.
• Carrying out in-process and final inspection.
• Using precision measuring equipment to verify specs.
• Maintaining production and quality records.
• Working to tight tolerances and aerospace standards.
