Job summary

Moog Aircraft Group Tewkesbury is seeking Assembly & Test Technicians for onsite roles on afternoon and night shifts. You will assemble, test and inspect high-spec aerospace products, following strict quality controls and technical drawings.

The role emphasizes hands-on work with tools and measurement equipment, fault finding, and ensuring traceable data. Training and progression opportunities are available within a supportive, safety-focused team environment.

Qualifications

• Previous production/assembly experience (aerospace or high-spec industry preferred)
• Experience in medical device assembly or other highly regulated environments advantageous
• Strong hands-on ability with hand tools, gauges and measuring equipment
• Experience working to approved documentation and accurate data recording
• High attention to detail with ability to self-inspect work
• Diagnostic and fault-finding experience
• Reading and understanding technical drawings desirable

Responsibilities

• Carry out detailed assembly and testing operations to tight tolerances and quality standards
• Clean components and prepare for assembly
• Build and test products, diagnose faults and disassemble units for rework
• Perform flow matching, wire locking, labeling and finishing
• Operate in a clean, modern manufacturing environment with proper tools and support
