Job summary

AWD online is seeking a Production Operative / Process Operator to join a specialist aerospace anodising operation in Liverpool. No prior anodising experience is required as full training is provided.

The role starts with setting up lines, following procedures and ensuring safety and quality in every step. You will process components through anodising and coating procedures, complete documentation, and help meet production targets while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety in a

Qualifications

• Ability to understand and follow detailed work instructions, specifications and SOPs.
• Strong commitment to quality and accuracy.
• Able to work safely with chemicals and follow PPE requirements.
• Willing to undertake training to develop aerospace process knowledge.
• Previous production/manufacturing experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate anodising lines safely and efficiently per instructions.
• Process aerospace components through anodising and coating processes.
• Follow job documentation, SOPs and aerospace standards.
• Handle components securely to prevent damage or contamination.
• Maintain production records and perform quality checks.
• Follow safety procedures and COSHH requirements.
• Support production targets and maintain housekeeping.
