Qualifications

• Experience in Formula One aerodynamics and development.
• Strong knowledge of aerodynamic principles in high-performance environments.
• Extensive wind tunnel and testing experience.
• Proven ability to lead high-performing engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and develop a team focused on aerodynamic performance.
• Define and drive the Special Projects strategy for innovation and gains.
• Oversee projects from concept to validation and operation.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners on cutting-edge solutions.
• Provide technical leadership across wind tunnel, trackside and test activities.
