Job summary

Red Bull Racing Formula One Team in Milton Keynes is seeking an experienced Formula One engineer to lead the Special Projects Group within Aerodynamics. You will drive innovation, manage a high-performance team, and push on-track development.

The role requires extensive F1 aerodynamics knowledge, wind tunnel experience, experimental methods, and a clear vision for delivering measurable performance gains. You will collaborate across disciplines and external partners to deliver advanced solutions.

Qualifications

Significant Formula One experience in aerodynamics, development, testing or performance engineering.
Strong knowledge of aerodynamic principles in high-performance environments.
Extensive wind tunnel operations and experimental techniques experience.
Deep understanding of measurement systems and data acquisition.
Proven ability to lead, mentor and develop high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

Lead, mentor and develop the Special Projects Group in Aerodynamics.
Define and drive the Special Projects strategy for innovation and gains.
Oversee projects from concept to validation and implementation.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners for cutting-edge solutions.
Provide technical leadership across wind tunnel, trackside and test activities.
