Job summary

Yellow Door in Hampshire and Southampton area is seeking an experienced Advocacy Services Coordinator to support ISVA and Diversity & Inclusion Advocacy services. You will coordinate referrals, conduct risk and need assessments, allocate cases, and support staff to ensure trauma-informed services for survivors of domestic and sexual abuse.

The role emphasizes strong communication, organisational skills, and the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment; hybrid working is available

Qualifications

• Experience in advocacy, safeguarding, domestic abuse, or sexual violence support services.
• Strong risk assessment and case management skills.
• Experience coordinating referrals or service delivery.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• A commitment to equality, diversity and trauma-informed practice.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience supervising staff, volunteers or practitioners is advantageous.
