Job summary

Benchmark Capital Limited is seeking an Adviser Marketing Manager to lead the adviser-facing marketing strategy in the UK. You will work with senior stakeholders across sales, compliance, partnerships and proposition teams to drive adviser acquisition, engagement and growth.

The role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, delivering integrated campaigns, events and content that strengthen Benchmark's position as a leading provider of adviser solutions for the UK financial services

Qualifications

• Experience in wealth management or financial services marketing.
• Deep knowledge of UK financial advice market and adviser business models.
• Proven track record delivering B2B marketing campaigns.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders across departments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with high attention to detail.
• Strong project management and organisation.
• Commercial mindset focused on measurable growth.
• Proficient in marketing tech, CRMs, and performance reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop compliant marketing content communicating Benchmark's adviser proposition.
• Own adviser communications including monthly bulletins and campaigns.
• Create and maintain marketing collateral, presentations, digital assets, and website content.
• Promote Benchmark's thought leadership and market expertise.
• Deliver adviser events, webinars and industry conferences.
• Develop content plans to support adviser acquisition and retention.
• Manage event promotion, delegate engagement and post-event follow-up.
• Plan and deliver integrated B2B campaigns across digital, email, social and events.
• Build targeted marketing journeys supporting recruitment, onboarding, growth and succession.
• Identify opportunities to improve adviser engagement and conversion via data-led marketing.
• Partner with sales, relationship management and proposition teams to align activity.
• Work with compliance to maintain regulatory standards and approvals.
• Monitor competitor activity and industry developments to inform strategy.
• Track campaign performance against objectives and report on MQLs, ROI, engagement.
• Manage budgets and provide recommendations based on insights.
