Apple is seeking a Policy Compliance Analyst to join Apple Ads, driving policy creation, enforcement, and risk analysis across multiple countries. You will deliver data-driven insights, research competitive platforms, and explore AI/LLM-based tools to enhance policy workflows.

Qualifications

• Experience in policy enforcement or digital fraud mitigation is ideal.
• Experience delivering data-driven insights.
• Strong research skills and the ability to evaluate competitive platforms and markets.
• Practical experience using LLM-based tools for research, writing or data analysis.
• Curiosity about how AI/agentic tools can be applied to policy, compliance, or fraud workflows.

Responsibilities

• SME in policy creation, enforcement, and risk analysis for our advertising products and platforms.
• Align business policy with partners across Apple and elevate concerns.
• Manage policy & risk analysis for multiple countries and products.
• Deliver policy insights and recommendations using first and third-party data.
• Monitor and optimise policy effectiveness and analyses to maximise user experience, revenue and performance.
• Inform our daily policy operations, process, and customer communications.
• Develop competitive platform analysis, outlining policy regulations and restrictions.
• Develop and maintain centralised Ads policy documentation to act as department reference guide.
• Conduct ad hoc scenario analysis in support of product, service, and policy initiatives.
• Conduct ongoing analysis of policy, fraud trends, and platform/product susceptibility per market.
• Coordinate and implement best practices between internal and external groups.
• Support cross-functional teams executing manual ad review.
• Monitor and report out policy infringement or fraudulent trends.
• Apply learnings and drive efficiencies with how Apple Ads maintains, creates and enforces policy.
• Take actions and build relationships as primary stakeholder for compliance and fraud systems and tools.
• Ensure our platform initiatives are compliant with Apple policy at large.
