Job summary

The Specialist Works is seeking an Advertising & Media Apprentice to join What’s Possible Group, London. This apprenticeship offers hands-on experience across media planning, briefing, and campaign analysis, with travel to Chesham for training.

You will learn to use industry tools and contribute to client strategies while developing your career in a dynamic agency environment. You will work with our operations and finance teams to ensure accurate bookings and provide excellent client service,

Qualifications

• GCSE maths & English at minimum grade C
• Interest in advertising & media
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Good organisational and planning abilities

Responsibilities

• Learn to uncover media, market and audience information using tools like TGI, Touchpoints and Nielsen
• Help write briefs for external media partners and internal teams
• Support in-campaign optimisation and post-campaign analysis
• Assist with scheduling, order confirmations and billing queries with colleagues
• Produce daily reports on live campaigns and support schedule creation and improvements
