Job Description:

We are looking for an ambitious paid media specialist to join our marketplace advertising team. This role is required due to growth in our client base and services. The ideal candidate loves responsibility, delivering results, and wants to grow their expertise in Amazon and/or TikTok Advertising.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage daily Amazon PPC strategies for 7-8 brands.
• Collaborate with content, strategy, and SEO teams to develop successful campaigns.
• Manage client relationships through strategy calls, reporting, and communication.
• Lead projects to improve agency efficiency, including automation and KPI development.
• Analyze campaign performance and prepare insightful reports.

Requirements:

We value attitude over experience and believe the right person can grow into this role. Our minimum expectations include:

• At least 1 year of experience managing Amazon paid media campaigns.
• Experience analyzing performance and creating reports.
• Ability to develop campaign strategies aligned with client priorities.
• Experience working with brand POCs and vendor-facing communication.
• Strong analytical skills for root-cause analysis.
• Experience forecasting budgets and sales.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional EU languages are a plus.

Good to have:

• Experience with Helium10, PacVue, IntentWise.
• Experience with Slack, Asana.
