Job summary

Haven is hiring an Activities Team Member to manage daily activities and deliver memorable experiences for guests and owners. You’ll join a vibrant team in an outdoor environment, helping with setup, execution, and breakdown of activities while ensuring safety and high guest satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have energy, strong communication skills, and a willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays. DBS check is required prior to starting work.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and love for outdoor/active work.
• Excellent communication with guests of all ages.
• High attention to safety and following guidelines.
• Willingness to work weekends, bank holidays and evenings.
• Experience in activities, sports or customer service is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Set up, run, and take down daily activities safely.
• Engage guests with guidance and encouragement.
• Deliver safety briefings and explain equipment usage.
• Assist guests with climbing walls, high ropes, and archery.
• Keep activity areas clean and well-maintained.
• Report safety or equipment issues to leadership.
