You will lead governance, education, and research initiatives, working with ICS partners and HEIs to promote excellence and confidence in advanced practice across multiple services.

We are seeking an innovative and inspirational Advancing Practice Lead to drive the strategic development of Advanced Practice across HCRG Care Group's Community Services in Bath & North East Somerset, Swindon and Wiltshire (BSW). This pivotal leadership role will shape the future of advanced and consultant practice, ensuring the delivery of safe, effective and evidence-based care across a range of community services. Leading workforce transformation, professional development and service improvement, you will champion excellence across the four pillars of Advanced Practice: Clinical Practice, Leadership, Education, and Research & Improvement. Working in partnership with clinical and operational leaders, you will support the growth and governance of advanced practice roles across community nursing, therapies, urgent community response, frailty and virtual wards, rehabilitation, community hospitals and long-term condition services.
