HCRG Care Group invites an Advanced Clinical Practitioner to join Savernake Hospital in Wiltshire. You will deliver autonomous ACP services in the Community Hospital inpatient setting, conducting high-level assessments, initiating treatments and coordinating care with a focus on patient-centered outcomes.
The role requires current NMC registration, an independent prescribing qualification and leadership experience.
