An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and passionate Advanced Quality Practitioner to join a leading Prison Education team across the South Region.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in teaching, learning and assessment who is passionate about driving quality improvements, coaching colleagues and sharing best practice. You will play a key role in supporting educational staff to deliver outstanding learning experiences that help learners achieve meaningful and sustained progress.
You will work closely with curriculum and quality teams across multiple prison education sites, using your expertise to identify areas for improvement, provide developmental support, and promote excellence in teaching and learning.
This is a regional role, with an expectation of working across prison sites 4-5 days per week. Your primary base will be the prison nearest to your home address.
This position requires regular travel across the South Region and candidates should be comfortable working across multiple prison sites.
