Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of trade school apprenticeship or equivalent shop experience; engineered plastics preferred.
• Technical training in shop math and blueprint reading is necessary.
• Able to understand GD&T is a plus.
• Able to read and understand basic blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Operates CNC or manual machines to fabricate parts to print specifications.
• Performs machine set ups for close tolerances and proper alignment.
• Collects inspections on first pieces and in-process using precision measuring devices.
• Maintains records of time, part counts and inspections for each job.
• Keeps work area clean, safe and compliant with quality procedures.
• Performs routine preventative maintenance on machines.
