Job summary

Caritas Recruitment is seeking an Advanced Practitioner for the Urgent and Emergency Care team in Nottinghamshire. You will lead complex assessments, develop care plans, and collaborate with multidisciplinary colleagues to secure timely, person-centered support for individuals in urgent situations.

The role requires registration with Social Work England, a recognised social work qualification, and at least three years of post-qualification experience in urgent care.
