Hesley Group is seeking an experienced Advanced Practitioner to lead and develop the operational team at Copperclay Mews in Easingwold, near York. You will train and coach staff to implement bespoke plans, ensuring a high quality, outcome-focused service tailored to each individual’s needs.

The role involves working with adults with learning disabilities and autism, modelling best practice, and driving continuous improvement to enhance residents’ quality of life.

Qualifications

• Experience working with adults with learning disabilities and autism.
• Positive role model and coach with strong organisational skills.
• Self-directed and able to see tasks through to completion.

Responsibilities

• Train, coach and support colleagues to implement strategies.
• Develop and implement bespoke plans to meet individual needs.
