Hampshire County Council is seeking an Advanced Practitioner to join their Contact, Assessment and Resolution Team (CART) in Fareham. The role involves providing guidance on social work and occupational therapy, making safeguarding decisions, and supporting team operations. Ideal candidates will be qualified professionals with strong communication and problem-solving skills, committed to enhancing service users' wellbeing.
Joining our Contact, Assessment and Resolution Team (CART) as an Advanced Practitioner, you’ll be an integral part of our contact centre team. You’ll use a person-centred approach and your knowledge of strengths-based practice to support our team with Social Work and Occupational Therapy contacts, finding innovative ways to meet people’s needs and maximise their independence and wellbeing.
Your working hours will be Monday-Friday 08:30-17:00, with a 16:30 finish on Fridays. Following your office-based induction period, you’ll be able to work from home up to 3 days per week.
We’re currently based out of The Parkway in Fareham, but our offices will be moving to Havant Public Service Plaza towards the end of the year.
