We are looking to recruit an Advanced Practitioner. In this role you will be responsible for day-to-day operational management and supporting the Team Manager in the development and delivery of youth justice services throughout Dudley.
Responsibilities
You will be tasked with ensuring that the YJS has effective risk management and safeguarding processes in place as well as being responsible for:
- Allocating and auditing cases
- Safeguarding young people & families
- Supervising a range of multi-agency practitioners
- Developing services in relation to the boroughs early help strategy to prevent offending by young people
To be successful in your expression, you must have a Social Work England (SWE) recognised social work qualification and SWE registration and/or suitable relevant professional qualification.
Experience of working at an Operational Management level is desirable.
