Job summary

Intermountain Health seeks an Urgent Care APP to open a new clinic alongside 1 Family Medicine Physician. You will work with nurses, medical assistants, a nurse practitioner, care coordinators and integrated behavioral health providers to deliver timely urgent care to the community.

Qualifications

• Current state license as a Physician Assistant or APRN.
• Certification as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner (Credentialing requirement).

• Eligible for Federal DEA Certificate II through V.
• BLS Certification for Healthcare Providers.
• Other certification as required (e.g. ACLS, PALS, TNCC, NRP).

Minimum Qualifications:

• Current state license as a Physician Assistant or Advance Practice Registered Nurse (APRN).
• Certification as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner (Credentialing requirement).
• Eligible for State Controlled Substance License II through V.
• Eligible for Federal DEA Certificate II through V.
• BLS Certification for Healthcare Providers.
• Other certification as required (e.g. ACLS, PALS, TNCC, NRP).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Two (2) or more years of experience preferred.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
• Master’s degree. Education must be obtained from an accredited institution. Degree will be verified.
