Job summary
Intermountain Health seeks an Urgent Care APP to open a new clinic alongside 1 Family Medicine Physician. You will work with nurses, medical assistants, a nurse practitioner, care coordinators and integrated behavioral health providers to deliver timely urgent care to the community.

Qualifications
- Current state license as a Physician Assistant or APRN.
- Certification as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner (Credentialing requirement).
- Eligible for State Controlled Substance License II through V.
- Eligible for Federal DEA Certificate II through V.
- BLS Certification for Healthcare Providers.
- Other certification as required (e.g. ACLS, PALS, TNCC, NRP).
Responsibilities
- Open a new clinic with 1 Family Medicine Physician.
- Collaborate with nurses, medical assistants, a nurse practitioner, care coordinators and integrated behavioral health providers.
- Contribute to high-quality urgent care delivery for the community.
