Job Description

Are you a current ANP or a Band 6 nurse seeking career progression? This opportunity is part of the initiative to expand the ANP service within Fife’s District Nursing Service, supporting community-based, person-centred care.

As the population ages, healthcare services must adapt. Fife Health and Social Care Partnership recognizes the importance of staff with the right knowledge and skills to support community living and healthy aging.

Qualifications & Requirements
  1. Be currently working in an Advanced Practice role with MSC (level 11) or PGDip level studies, or
  2. Be an experienced degree-educated nurse willing to undertake MSC (level 11) studies, supported with clinical supervision, study time, and funded education at Dundee University Kirkcaldy Campus. The planned completion is 12-15 months, with possible RPL for previous academic credits under Annex 21.

Applicants must possess excellent communication skills, be able to work autonomously, exercise clinical judgment, and be willing to travel across Fife. The role primarily covers specified locality areas, with flexibility based on service needs.
