Locum Ready is seeking an experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioner for flexible regional primary care sessions in South Kirkby. This role offers autonomous ANP-led clinics within GP/community services, providing full clinical freedom in a structured, supportive environment.

You will perform advanced assessments, manage same-day presentations, and support routine demand within well-supported services. Flexible weekday, evening or weekend bookings are available.

Qualifications

• Advanced nurse practitioner with autonomy in clinical decision-making.
• Experience delivering care in GP, urgent care or community settings.
• Strong diagnostic reasoning and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Running autonomous ANP-led clinics within primary care settings.
• Managing acute, undifferentiated and minor illness presentations.
• Conducting telephone and face-to-face triage.
• Prescribing safely within scope of competence.
• Reviewing results and handling routine follow-up actions.
• Recording accurate clinical notes within the clinic’s digital systems.

You will deliver advanced assessments, manage same-day presentations and support routine patient demand within well-supported GP and community services. Each clinic provides clear pathways, ensuring a safe and efficient workflow.
