We're looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join our friendly, ambitious and supportive team at Woodlands Park Health Centre. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a well-established, forward-thinking GP practice where you'll be trusted to use your advanced clinical skills, work autonomously and play a key role in delivering high-quality care to our patients.
Ideally, we are looking for a candidate who is able to work on Mondays and Wednesdays, although some flexibility may be considered for the right applicant.
As part of our multidisciplinary team, you'll work alongside experienced GPs, Advanced Nurse Practitioners, Practice Nurses, Pharmacists, Physician Associates and a skilled administrative team in a collaborative environment where everyone's contribution is valued.

You will work autonomously within your scope of practice while collaborating closely with GPs and other healthcare professionals to provide safe, effective and evidence-based care.
