Grassendale Medical Practice is seeking an energetic Advanced Nurse Practitioner to deliver autonomous clinical care across adults, children and young people, helping shape patient experience and supporting the multidisciplinary team in a friendly, supportive practice.
You will assess and manage complex conditions, prescribe in line with NICE/MHRA/local protocols, and maintain record-keeping in line with NMC standards, with scope for development and growth within the role.

The Advanced Nurse Practitioner provides autonomous, high level clinical care to adults, children and young people presenting with undifferentiated, undiagnosed and complex conditions. The role supports safe, effective and evidence based practice, contributes to clinical governance, and strengthens multidisciplinary working across the practice and wider system.
Grassendale Medical Practice has a young cohort of clinical staff. We are a lovely, friendly bunch who support each other. We meet regularly for clinical meetings. Staffing consists of 9 Part Time GP's, 3 nurses, pharmacist cover and 10 admin staff.
