Job summary

NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde (NHSGGC) invites applications for a qualified Advanced Nurse Practitioner within West Glasgow CAMHS. This permanent post is part-time (28.8 hours) with potential progression to Band 7 salary on successful completion of competencies.

Applications from trainee ANPs under Annex 21 are welcomed. You will work across boundaries, delivering expert clinical care to children and young people, supporting MDTs to provide patient-centred care in line with NMC standards and

Qualifications

First level RMN or RNLD with current NMC registration.
Post-registration training and experience as detailed in the Job Description.
Ability to work autonomously and make complex clinical decisions.
Excellent communication, leadership and multidisciplinary team working skills.
Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centred care.

Responsibilities

Assess, diagnose, treat and prescribe for children and young people with complex neurodevelopmental conditions within a mental health setting.
Manage complete clinical care of patients with advanced clinical knowledge and decision-making.
Provide clinical leadership within the multidisciplinary team and contribute to service development.
Ensure delivery of high-quality, safe and effective care reflecting equality and diversity principles.
