Job summary

NHS Scotland in Glasgow is seeking an Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join our two-site GP practice. You will work across both sites, delivering high-quality primary care within a supportive team.

You will have extensive post-registration experience in primary care, a master's degree in advanced practice, and be an independent prescriber. The role is part-time (24-27 hours weekly) with Band 7 AfC scales and travel between sites is required.

Qualifications

• Primary care experience at an advanced level.
• Master's level qualification in advanced practice.
• NMC registration.
• Independent Prescriber.
• Strong decision-making abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to travel between sites.
• Paediatric experience.
• IT skills.

Responsibilities

• Work between our 2 sites, between 24-27 hours per week.
• Provide safe, competent decision making and expert care.
• Lead and support colleagues within the practice.
• Demonstrate compassionate care and effective communication with patients and stakeholders.
