Job description

As a valued member of the Operose Health team, your key duties will include:

• Provide care for presenting patients from initial history taking, clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and evaluation of care.
• Demonstrate safe, clinical decision-making and expert care, including assessment and diagnosis skills within the general practice setting.
• Collaborate with the general practice team to meet patient needs, support policy and procedure delivery, and provide nurse leadership as required.

How we’ll support you:

• Annual salary of up to £60,000 depending on qualifications and experience.
