Job summary

Operose Health Ltd. is hiring an Advanced Nurse Practitioner/Advanced Clinical Practitioner to deliver high-quality primary care in Nottingham. The role emphasizes initial history taking, assessment, diagnosis, and treatment with nurse leadership within a busy practice.

The ideal candidate will be an NMC-registered RN with advanced clinical practice, pursuing non-medical prescriber status, and have minor injury/illness qualifications. A Level 7 MSc ACP pathway is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Primary Care setting.
• NMC registered nurse with advanced clinical practice towards non-medical prescriber.
• Minor injury and illness qualification essential and ability to maintain standards of care.
• Level 7 (MSc) Practitioner preferred; accreditation or MSc towards ACP status may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for presenting patient from initial history taking, clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment and evaluation of care.
• Demonstrate safe, clinical decision-making and expert care, including assessment and diagnosis skills in general practice.
• Collaborate with the general practice team to meet patient needs, supporting policy delivery and nurse leadership as required.
