Job summary

SHR Group is recruiting Advanced Nurse Practitioners / Advanced Clinical Practitioners for urgent care centres in Derbyshire.

You will assess, diagnose and treat patients with minor illness and injury, working autonomously while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team and maintaining accurate documentation. Flexible 6–12 hour shifts across Monday to Sunday are available with opportunities across multiple urgent care sites and competitive rates.

Qualifications

• MSc in Advanced Clinical Practice or Level 7 qualification in Minor Illness and Minor Injury.
• Proven experience in GP Surgery and/or Urgent Care settings.
• Competent in assessing and treating paediatric patients (6 weeks+).
• Confident, adaptable and reliable with strong clinical decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients presenting with minor illness and minor injury.

• Treating patients from 6 weeks of age upwards.
