Job summary

Fairfield Medical Centre in Leatherhead is seeking an Advanced Nurse Practitioner / Paramedic Practitioner to support the clinical team for scheduled and unscheduled care. The role is permanent, with options for 4–5 days per week and a competitive salary and NHS pension.

You will conduct full assessments, diagnose minor injuries or health problems, and develop patient management plans in partnership with patients, while promoting self-care and timely referrals when needed.

Qualifications

• Registered General Nurse (1st level) with current UK registration.
• Nurse prescriber / Non medical prescriber qualification.
• Post-registration diploma or equivalent in a relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Provide autonomous consultations for minor injuries and health problems.
• Prescribe within scope of practice and national/local guidelines.
• Lead and support nursing team and coordinate patient care.
• Contribute to development of clinical guidelines and service delivery.
