Midlands Partnership NHS Foundation Trust invites applications for an experienced Band 7 Advanced Occupational Therapist. The post focuses on sensory integration and complex emotional needs within the ILS Shropshire team, delivering assessments and therapy to adults across a broad region.

You will provide both individual and group interventions within the SCM framework, lead OT practice, supervise colleagues, and coordinate care plans with MDTs, while supporting service development and training

Competenze

• Registered Occupational Therapist with HCPC and degree in OT.
• Training in Sensory Integration (MSc preferred) or working towards.
• Post-qualification qualifications in psychological interventions (EMDR, CBT, MBT, etc.).
• Supervision or coaching qualification.

Mansioni

• Deliver assessments and formulate care plans within SCM framework.
• Provide single and group interventions for adults with complex needs.
• Coordinate specialist OT assessment and intervention across MDT.
• Provide clinical leadership and supervise team members.
• Travel across large geographic area with own transport.
