Mersey Care NHS Foundation Trust invites applications for an Advanced Clinical Pharmacist & Clinical Educator hosted by the Medicines Management Team. The role combines hospital-based clinical pharmacy work with academic teaching at the University of Liverpool's School of Pharmacy, two days per week.

You will lead mental health teaching, supervise experiential learning, and work with multi-disciplinary teams to embed medicines optimisation across inpatient settings and the MPharm programme.

Qualifikationen

• GPhC-registered pharmacist with UK registration.
• Postgraduate qualification in mental health or clinical pharmacy or equivalent credentialling.
• Advanced credentialled in core advanced & specialist mental health curriculum, or willing to work towards.
• Experience leading education and CPD in NHS settings.
• Evidence of management/supervision in complex clinical contexts.
• Commitment to Medicines Optimisation and patient-centered care.

Aufgaben

• Design, deliver, and assess mental health teaching within the MPharm programme.
• Lead mental health-focused experiential learning across the MPharm programme.
• Provide advanced clinical pharmacy services to inpatient mental health wards.
• Act as an active non-medical prescriber.
• Provide leadership and role-modeling within the Education & Training Team.
• Contribute to the Medicines Optimisation Strategy and ward activity.
