Job summary

Bolton NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced Enhanced Clinical Practitioner/Mammographer to deliver expert imaging services across Greater Manchester. The role combines autonomous practice with multidisciplinary collaboration to ensure high standards of patient care and service development.

You will maintain advanced clinical practice, develop specialist knowledge through CPD, and contribute to the Breast Imaging Service's operational excellence and patient-centred care.

Qualifications

• Postgraduate Award in Mammographic Imaging required.
• MSc module in Advanced Medical Imaging in Interventional Procedures preferred.
• Continued professional development and commitment to maintaining advanced clinical practice.
• Experience as a Mammographer within a breast imaging environment is essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and coordinate high-quality imaging services across both static and satellite sites in the Greater Manchester area.
• Assess, manage and prioritise workload while providing guidance to patients and colleagues.
• Lead and contribute to day-to-day operation and development of the Breast Imaging Service within a multidisciplinary team.
