The Wellington Hospital in London, part of HCA UK, is seeking an Advanced Physiotherapist to lead ICU care and manage complex caseloads. You will rotate across acute ICU, neuro and surgical wards, delivering specialist respiratory physiotherapy and education to junior staff.

The role requires HCPC registration, significant ICU experience, and a passion for service development within a multidisciplinary team. Full-time hours with flexibility for late/weekend shifts are available.

Qualifications

• HCPC registration is essential.
• Significant rotational experience and advanced ICU experience.
• Specialist knowledge of physiotherapy assessment and interventions across respiratory and rehabilitation settings.
• Member of the CSP (essential).

Responsabilités

• Provide leadership and identify, implement and promote service improvement.
• Collaborate with respiratory specialists and lead acute physiotherapist to identify gaps.
• Deliver high-quality respiratory support and clinical care in ICU and rehabilitation services.
• Teach and supervise junior staff within the physiotherapy team.
• Manage a designated caseload with clinical priority and time management.
• Work effectively within the MDT to develop therapy services at The Wellington Hospital and HCA UK.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and participate in service development.
