The Wellington Hospital in London is seeking an experienced Advanced Physiotherapist to join the ICU team. You will manage complex caseloads across ITU, neurological, surgical and medical wards, providing leadership and high‑quality respiratory care.

This permanent, full‑time role requires flexibility to cover late shifts, on‑call duties and weekends, with 37.5 hours per week. A HCPC-registered physiotherapist with CSP membership is essential, and ongoing professional development is encouraged.

Qualifications

• HCPC-registered physiotherapist with a recognised degree.
• Significant ICU rotations and advanced respiratory practice.
• Membership of CSP is essential; ACPRC membership is desirable.

Responsabilités

• Lead clinical care for a defined caseload in ITU and related wards.
• Collaborate with respiratory specialists and physiotherapy leads.
• Provide education and supervise junior staff.
• Promote service improvement and stakeholder relationships.
• Be flexible for late shifts and weekend cover.
