Job summary

The Wellington Hospital in London is seeking an experienced Advanced Physiotherapist to join the Intensive Care Unit team. You will manage a defined caseload with autonomy and collaborate with multidisciplinary colleagues to deliver high-quality respiratory and rehabilitation services.

The role involves leading clinical care, supporting late shifts, and weekend on-call coverage, with a focus on service improvement and professional development within a large private healthcare group.

Qualifications

• HCPC registered and licensed to practise
• Significant ICU rotational experience
• Advanced knowledge of respiratory physiotherapy
• Experience in acute and rehabilitation settings

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a defined caseload in ICU/ITU settings
• Collaborate with respiratory specialists and senior physiotherapists
• Provide expert clinical care and respiratory support
• Contribute to teaching and development of junior staff
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to improve services
